I’m a novice weightlifter who decided to give Athlete fuel a try. It’s my second sampling of the powdered food alternative scene and it has met all of my expectations so far.
It leaves me feeling full, and the 2000 calorie option is perfect for cutting. And, I’m already used to drinking a protein shake pre/during workout, so drinking this is pretty familiar.
I don’t drink Athlete Fuel as a replacement for every meal, but as a sort of “fast food” that is suitable for cutting. I drink it at work and in the morning mostly.
