The first time I made it I think I didn’t get enough water in and I would swear it was chocolate mousse. Very good flavor. This one doesn’t pour too fast, but that just means it might last you a bit longer per meal, unless you water it down.
Orange Essence or Mint extract went well with it.

I just mixed up my first batch of Isaiah Fuel yesterday and I’m loving it! The chocolate gives a good rich flavor, I might go for just a little bit less but it’s perfectly okay as is.
When ordering I was concerned about the chia seeds and how they would affect texture and flavor, as I had used them before in my DIY. They do affect both, as I expected, but the effect is neutral as far as my enjoyment of the product (I think my problem with texture in my DIY was more in the ground flax, which this recipe does not contain). I can see some people maybe having a problem with the “gel” effect of soaked chia seeds but I found it perfectly acceptable. They give a little bit of something to bite into but you don’t need to chew every one–they’re plenty easy to swallow whole and will still get digested (see http://healthyeating.sfgate.com/top-10-health-benefits-chia-seeds-6962.html for more info on why they’re good).
I also like that it’s iow-carb so I can explore whether a lower-carb diet might help me in weight loss goals while still enjoying the convenience of soylent, especially a blend I don’t have to mix myself! :)
Many thanks to axcho, as usual.
