Keto Fuel is my best ketogenic blend, designed to shift your body into ketosis, a fat-burning metabolic mode, for more effective weight-loss. To ease the transition and reduce symptoms of “keto flu” it is formulated with extra electrolytes, such as sodium and potassium. Make sure to drink plenty of water and avoid eating carbs! If you want to lose weight without the restrictions of a ketogenic diet, try Light Fuel instead.
Smooth and sweet, Keto Fuel is available in vanilla, cinnamon, and chocolate flavors, as well as an unsweetened plain version. You can customize the number of calories based on your needs, and if you omit the optional fish oil, it’s vegan!

Received my first batch of Chocolate Keto Fuel yesterday. I also purchased a weeks worth of Vanilla in addition. Chocolate is pretty tasty. Left it in fridge overnight. Almost like a Chocolate Malt milkshake. Probably tastes better than any protein shake I’ve had. I will be using these for breakfast, lunch. I will probably have an actual dinner. Definitely ordering again.

I started the Keto diet three days ago and I use this product as a substitute for 2 meals everyday, then cook a Keto-friendly dinner. In three days, according to my keto pee sticks (Ketostix), I reached ketosis. Bluntly, this product works (hence five stars). I chose the unflavored/unsweetened version as I wanted to make a variety of flavors although I am still struggling finding decent flavor combinations (with a few dramatic failures). However, I didn’t buy this product for taste and its is accomplishing the job. For price and effectiveness I definitely recommend it.

Holy crap so much salt, ugh! This is even saltier than the Gillian Fuel which is only slightly salty, even though it has the same added amount (4g).
I’m not sure why add so much when not it only makes the taste too salty, but it pushes the daily sodium intake to a staggering 4500mg, nearly 200% of the recommended MAXIMUM.

It seems that the salty taste is subjective. To me, it’s actually not salty. On a ketogenic diet, you need more sodium (3000-5000mg, while Keto Fuel has 4500mg). The USDA’s recommended maximum (2300mg) is for normal diets, while if you have that little while in ketosis you’ll experience the keto flu.
In fact, based on more recent research, you are likely to live longer if you eat 3000-6000mg of sodium per day, while the low amount recommended by the USDA is actually associated with a higher risk of death.
Are you using Keto Fuel while in ketosis? I’d be curious if that makes a difference.
