This one has a pretty good amount of protein, so I would only recommend it to keto-ers doing strength training.

As for taste, it’s definitely not as good as the “Gillian Fuel”; it’s very bland in comparison. BUT!!! If you add cinnamon (about 1/2 tsp) and a packet of sweetener, it becomes just as tasty.

Wonderful. Much better than official soylent which leaves me bloated, gassy and hungry. Phill Fuel tastes really good (I add additional dark cocoa powder) and keeps me sated for hours. I’m definitely going to order more. I can’t say enough nice things about it.

My boyfriend and I decided to pretty much stop cooking and dealing with the hassle of eating. We have a few meals a week with the rest being Phill Fuel.

His first reaction was “OMG Cocoa Pebbles!”. I think it tastes like what I remember the milk from the bottom of Cocoa Pebbles or Cocoa Puffs tasting like. It’s not too sweet, which I really like. We’ve had sugar out of our lives for so long that anything most people consider sweet, is way too sweet for us. I can see how some people may need to add additional sweetener since I like the flavor :)

I feel sated and comfortable on Phill Fuel, so far. It’s been about a week and a half.

I’m placing another order today :)

I have been on Phill’s fuel for a few weeks and im absolutely in love with this product. I wanted a low carb/ mid-high protien option and this fits the bill. Initially I was skeptical due to the amount you receive in a daily bag (half the size of shmoylent which would give me 4 servings) Phill’s fuel gives me 3 servings which still gives me a satified feeling. My cravings are in checked unless I missed a serving, the taste is like a chocolate shake woth a slight sweetness. The chia seeds arent a bother as well, its smooth going down and some times I chew them. The texture with the recommended amount of water (6 cups) is quite watery at first unless you let it sit overnight which thickens ever so lightly. I use a blender to mix my powder and oils (olive oil, coconut oil, mct oil, 1 tsp Ceylon cinnamon).
I lost weight and my energy level is consistent , I am definitely ordering another 30 days which works out with my schedule. For more hectic busy days (over 13 hours work day) I do wipe up Shmoylent which keeps me full all day.
One advice for any of axcho mixes and in life in general. ..Water. Drink more water in between your meals helps.
I have an app to remind me to eat so I dont have any unnecessary cravings.
Axcho you definitely have a loyal customer here. Thanks for professionalism.

Begun my first week of phill fuel with a visit to my new doctor, a weight loss specialist in DC on July 10th. I was a 333lbs 5’7 23 y/o male. Remarkably though he only told me I should lose weight for general future purposes, as my cholesterol, blood pressure, and risk of diabetes were all fine. I wanted to lose weight anyway though, regardless of my health.

Phil fuel arrived on the following day. I generally always eat it for breakfast, and sometimes lunch. Never Dinner.

It arrived after breakfast the first day, and I really wanted to try it out so I didn’t let it sit after blending for the first portion for lunch…

    NEVER DO THAT

I was seriously upset, and impatient to see if letting it chill in the fridge would help it at all. I actually eat dinner, so I didn’t have it later that night.

The following morning though, it was pretty good! But bland. Around lunch, I crammed two stevia packets in the remaining 2 servings and blended once more. It was much more palpable, I won’t say it was like a chocolate shake but for health food it’s pretty good.

It’s been about a week now, and I’m more used to the taste than enjoying it. I like the way it makes me feel though, full, and healthy. It’s more like water than food to me now. It fights my cravings pretty well, especially with the pills I got from my doctor.

I’m currently 321 pounds since starting, and I’m not going to claim it was the Phill Fuel entirely. I dieted, I exercised, (and the water pills the doc gave me, but ewww!) and I actually drank like 1.5 cups of soylent per serving instead of the full 2(of the 6) but this stuff helps, especially in the morning/around lunch when you just want fuel. Dinner is when I always allow myself real food and take the time to prepare the meals.

But I look forward to losing more weight and turning more people onto this stuff! Hope others join me :) 1 week’s worth will last me about 2.5, hope Axcho keeps providing it!
