Custom Body Fuel is no longer in business! Please order Light Fuel at Super Body Fuel instead.
Light Fuel is my recommended low-carb blend, based on the ideal macronutrient ratios of the Perfect Health Diet. Not only that, but it’s hypoallergenic, made from rice flour and rice protein and free of gluten and all common allergies! Suitable for general health as well as weight-loss, but if you’re looking for a ketogenic blend, try Keto Fuel instead.
Sweet and light, Light Fuel is available in vanilla, cinnamon, and chocolate flavors, as well as an unsweetened plain version. You can customize the number of calories based on your needs, and if you omit the optional fish oil, it’s vegan!

I bought this for wife who is not the biggest fan of liquid food but she partakes of it when she travels to save money, have more time to play, and not have to explain all of her allergies. She found this mixture to be very thick so it could be eaten as a pudding or a drink. The cinnamon has enough flavor and sweetness to drink by mixing water alone. The sweet was a little too sweet but she found a bit of powered peanut butter or cocoa powder (or both) made it enjoyable.

As apparently the only person who liked Clean Fuel Plain, I gave axcho a hard time about cancelling it. Fortunately, Light Fuel is great! I have tried all four flavors now and none of them are overpowering (I would say cinnamon is the strongest but not a “hot” cinnamon at all). I’d probably stick to vanilla in the future myself though my wife loves the cinnamon. I find it to be much less thick and prone to separation than Clean Fuel Plain was, even after overnight refrigeration. Where CFP would be challenging at times even with a shaker bottle, LF stays pretty smooth. It seems less gritty as well though I didn’t notice that as much as others with CFP unless I mixed it poorly and had dregs. Overall I’m very pleased and the price ends up being about the same — it’s a bit cheaper than CFP but the olive oil is more expensive and used in greater quantity. I’ll also note that I ordered a bit late and had a week or so without either soylent-alternative and very much noticed the difference in my energy level and concentration — I went entirely off coffee when I started CFP and resorted to it three times during the “gap week”. Back to normal or even better now with LF and I bumped up to twice daily from just breakfasts. Thanks!

Dear Axcho – This is a quick note to let you know how things are going with the “Light Fuel” that you recommended for weight loss. It’s been an easy 10 days transitioning from a diet of whole food to the Light Fuel. My food cravings and afternoon coffee cravings disappeared almost immediately and I have dropped 6 pounds! The mix is super easy to prepare and I am enjoying the other benefits of this simple way of eating…my clean kitchen, and extra time in my day (since I am not tasked with the daily truck to the store wondering what we will eat for the day and the food prep). I especially like knowing exactly how many calories I am consuming in a day, and the flexibility I have if I want to have a meal with friends and family. I am super conscious about what I eat now more than any other time before. I will “re” review in the future so readers know how things are going. Keep up the good work! Deb F.
